How-ToI’ve lost a pant size or two in just two weeks. 
 
Have I been starving myself? Heck no! 
 
BUT I had a MAJOR realization when I was at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within event two weeks ago. 
 
I had lowered my standards when it came to my own health and fitness.
 
But, Rachel…I thought you were a fitness coach? 
 
Yea, I am. So this is a little embarrassing, ha!
 
But when I got diagnosed with adrenal fatigue last year, I feel like I just let life happen to me. I gained weight. I got a little depressed. I lowered my standards. 
 
Have you lowered your standards too? Told yourself it was ok to eat the junk, it’s ok to skip that workout, it’s ok to have to go up a size.

While I was in Dallas at the event—I visualized WHO I wanted to be and WHY. I saw myself at my healthiest and happy weight. And I knew that I was going to make it happen.
