This is what I like to call reverse progress 😂😂😬😬🙈🙈 seriously though–this is NOT easy for me to share!!

In 2014, I was in freaking awesome shape. I’d just lost 80 pounds after TJ was born, completed Brazil butt lift and 21 day fix and felt ammmmmmazing!!

Then in 2015 I started getting super sick every month, gaining weight, and felt exhausted. I finally went to get checked out and was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and leaky gut. It was a ROUGH battle, but I’m finally starting to lean out again and I haven’t been sick all year 🙌🏼🙌🏼

BUT I want to get back to where I was in 2014!! I know I can do it–I’ve just gotta commit to a program and go all in!!!

This is why I decided to start P90X in a few weeks! It’s gonna be just what I need to lean out and get in BETTER shape than 2014 me!!

It’s me against me lol. I know what I’m capable of…and I’m determined!!
