Shakeology Truffles

Oh my goodness! These are SOOOOO good!!!!! While it seems like everyone this time of year is eating cookies, cake, ice cream, etc., I thought I should make some healthy (but incredibly tasty) treats for my family to enjoy.  I decided to make Shakeology truffles and Shakeology pie.  I’ll make a post for my Shakeology pie in a few days…as for those Shakeology truffles

They passed the test!  Trust me…no one will know that these are actually GOOD for you!

Shakeology Truffles

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw cashews

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup agave nectar

2 scoops chocolate shakeology

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor or vitamix

Put dough in freezer for 15 minutes, this will make it easier to roll the dough

Roll into balls

Eat as is, or roll balls into shredded coconut, crushed nuts, cacao nibs, whatever you want!

We rolled some in crushed cashews, some in shakeology, and left some plain.

Warning: these are incredibly addictive.  Make them when you have lots of people to share them with…or if you have incredible self control.

If for some crazy reason you do not yet have Shakeology, you can order a 30 day trial pack risk free here.
