I’m just finishing up week 1 of P90X!
P90X is the first home workout program I’ve ever done–I did the program 5 years ago when I was getting ready for our wedding! I got STRONGER doing P90X than when I was a collegiate athlete–which blows my mind! I wanted everyone to feel my biceps LOL!!!
Yes, that’s a P90X protein bar wrapper I have in my mouth. Gotta get that protein in LOL!
It’s just as hard now as it was then LOL!
P90X is no joke. I’ve definitely modified a lot of the workouts–since I know my body and I don’t want to push myself to the point of injury. It’s best for me to start off a bit slower and get my body used to the workouts before I go all out. So I’ve worked HARD–but not to my full capacity.
My nutrition has been SPOT ON. P90X comes with a very thorough nutrition plan that’s super simple to follow.
Some of my meals:
2 eggs, 100g oats with 1 Tbs peanut butter is my go-to breakfast!
I have Shakeology EVERY day after my workout!
Lunch and dinner is either a salad and a lean protein or a veggie and a lean protein!
This is a big salad with 5 oz chickpeas, 1/2 oz shredded conté cheese, 1 cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and 1 Tbs olive oil with roasted broccoli!
This is a big salad with 4 oz salmon, 1 zucchini, baby tomatoes, 1/2 oz conté cheese, 1 Tbs olive oil

I’ve lost FIVE POUNDS in the first week! Right before I started I was on a two-week vaca with my fam–with WAY more indulgences than normal…we had wine EVERY night (and more than 1 glass), dessert, and bread! So my body was literally screaming at my by the end lol! I was READY to start–and my body has responded super well!
I’ve also lost FOUR inches off of my waist!!! I knew I was bloated but dang!
