I start Whole 30 today!!! I’ll be going through the program all of February! 
 
I’m super pumped—I’ve heard great things about the program! I already eat pretty similarly to the Whole 30 program—the things that I will be changing are: 
 
No quest bars! 
No snacks! 
No liquid BCAAs
No cheese! 
 
I cut out alcohol, gluten, and sugar back when I started P90X, so that will make the transition into Whole 30 WAY easier =) 
 
I wanted to share my Whole 30 meal plan and Whole 30 shopping list with you so you can get an idea of what I’m eating! 
 
I do repeat meals a lot—I don’t spend a ton of time cooking AND I shop on a budget—so everything is super simple and cheap. 
 
And I WILL continue to drink Shakeology during Whole 30. Yes, I know it’s technically not allowed, but I’m a rule breaker lol! I’ve been drinking Shakeology for almost 6 years and it’s helped me lose 80 pounds, helps with my chocolate cravings, I NEVER get sick, and it helps with my digestion too! So yea, I’m keeping it in lol!
