Peanut Butter Protein Oatmeal

The oat­meal obses­sion con­tin­ues! Why do I love oats so much? Because they are ridicu­lously cheap, easy to make, and so many ways to eat them so I never really get sick of them. AND they are super fill­ing for very few calories.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup old fash­ioned oats
  2. 1 cup water
  3. pinch Himalayan salt can use reg­u­lar salt
  4. pinch cin­na­mon
  5. 2 tbs peanut but­ter
  6. 1 scoop pro­tein pow­der, optional
Instructions
  1. Cook oat­meal accord­ing to direc­tions on pack­age.
  2. Towards the end of cook­ing when it’s get­ting to your desired con­sis­tency, add salt, cin­na­mon, peanut but­ter and pro­tein pow­der.
  3. Stir until com­bined.
  4. EAT!
