I’m here to show you some 21-day fix snack ideas, but before I share my recipes with you, you absolutely MUST know a few things…

Easy21 Day FixSnack Ideas

Then keep reading! 21 Day Fix can help you do ALL of that! 

 

Here are some of my favorite 21 Day Fix snack ideas!

  • Apple and peanut butter! Cut up and apple and dip into a few tsp of PB. 1 purple, 3 tsp

  • Carrots and hummus. Dip and devour =) 1 green, 1 blue

  • Hard boiled eggs and a pear. 1 red, 1 purple

  • Mocha Protein Shake! Blend up 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology, 1 cup ice 1 red, 1/2 yellow

  • Avocado toast! Spread avocado on toast, top with crushed red pepper and sea salt. 1 yellow, 1 blue

  • Greek yogurt with berries. Add stevia, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to taste. 1 red, 1 purple

  • Chocolate Shakeology cookies

  • Mixed nuts and a banana. 1 blue, 2 purple

  • Peanut butter rollup. Spread 3 tsp peanut butter on a whole grain tortilla (like Ezekiel brand). Add 1/2 banana and cinnamon, roll up and eat! 1 yellow, 1 purple, 3 tsp

  • Peanut butter banana french toast muffin, 2 yellow, 6 tsp (use less if you want), 1 purple

  • Stuffed protein crepes, 1 red, 1/2 yellow, 1/4 red

  • Healthy hot chocolate, 1 yellow, 1/2 orange
