I am interested. I sent previous message on online form. I’m a single mom. own my own biz. used to always be fit until my 2nd child. I worked in corporate job for 14 yrs. good job but stressful. after my son was born he was special needs. I didn’t feel supported by my husband and was not happy. no time for me. he was incredibly selfish. no empathy. I started having heart issues at my job. got sent to hospital. long story short my Dr told me pick something I lice to do and do it or I woukd die of heart attack before age 40. that was it for me. I decided I was worth it and became a professional dog trainer. I had trained horses and dogs my whole life but never thought I would be able to do it as a serious job. but I was wrong. I left my husband and am very happy now. met someone very nice but now I don’t have time and don’t know how to get motivated for working out. I have a very good reputation in my business and am single mom supporting myself which I am very proud of. I just want to be fit as I deserve it. I don’t think it’s out of reach. I just want to be happy and healthy.
Thanks so much for reaching out Nadine! I just emailed you…I’d be happy to help you =)
And random–my hubby trains horses for a living =) We live in France where he’s working!
I am a mom of 3 children. Ages 9,7,and 3. The weight was easier to loose with my first two. But after having my youngest,it’s been so hard. I breastfeed her for 2 1/2 years. I believe that has allot to do with it being harder. I’m 30,5″7 and weigh more then I’m willing to admit. Any advice and recipes I would love it all. I just recently started working out,and watching my calorie intake. Thank you.
I can definitely help–I breastfed my son for 2.5 years as well, and lost all 80 pounds while breastfeeding. Email me =) clientcare@fitwithrachel.com
